Amanda Kent is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) with the Department of Attorney - General and is able to issue a Certificate of Family Dispute Resolution pursuant to section 60I of the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth). Amanda is a practising Family Lawyer and holds a Principal Practice Certificate with the Queensland Law Society.

Amanda has over a decade of experience dealing with complex parenting and property disputes. Including family law matters where there are issues of family violence, narcissistic spouses, high conflict and parental alienation.
Amanda is on the Legal Aid Queensland, panel of Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners and regularly convenes mediations for Legal Aid.
